About us

Welcome to Workforce One of Butler County - the "one-stop" career center for all of your employment and training needs. Just as many businesses today advertise themselves as places for "one-stop shopping," Workforce One is Butler County's "one-stop" location to connect job seekers with employers.

Conveniently located in the Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center in Fairfield, Ohio, Workforce One houses a number of agencies and organizations to help job seekers with all aspects of their job search. Just as importantly, we work with Butler County employers to assist them with their staffing needs. Everyone is welcome and all services offered at the Workforce One of Butler County are free. (Our funding is provided through the Workforce Investment Act.)

Workforce One of Butler County is part of the Workforce One Investment Board of Southwest Ohio - a three-county regional organization made up of Butler, Clermont and Warren County leaders. These leaders are from business, education, labor and government, with the majority of board members representing the private business sector. The mission of the Workforce One Investment Board is to set the vision, policy direction and performance expectations for the regional workforce development system. The mission of the Workforce One Investment system is to provide an educated and qualified workforce that meets the current and future needs of employers.
